Kısaca: Usull yerel öncelikli çalışır. Yazdıkların cihazında kalır. Çerez yok, analitik yok, reklam yok, takip yok. Hesap isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca cihazlar arası eşitleme içindir. Verini istediğin an dışa aktarır, istediğin an silersin.
1. Hangi veriler var?
Usull'a girdiğin her şey: görevler, rutinler, hayaller ve adımları, gün mühürleri ve ruh hâli notları, gardırop parçaları ve yüklediğin fotoğraflar (kendi boy fotoğrafın dâhil), haftalık yemekler ve favoriler, alışveriş listesi, gelir-gider kayıtları, bütçe dilimleri, kasa (birikim ve borç) kayıtları, uyku programı ve ayarlar. Bu verileri biz oluşturmayız; sen oluşturursun ve sana aittir.
2. Nerede saklanır?
Varsayılan olarak yalnızca kullandığın cihazda, tarayıcının deposunda (localStorage ve IndexedDB). Tarayıcıdan "kalıcı depolama" izni istenir; böylece alan sıkışınca verin silinmez. Ayrıca cihazında son 10 günün günlük yedeği tutulur (Ayarlar → Veri → Yedekler). Bu veriler bize ulaşmaz; sunucularımız yoktur.
3. Hesap ve bulut (isteğe bağlı)
Hesap açarsan, cihazlar arası eşitleme için verin tek bir şifreli bağlantı üzerinden bulut veritabanına (Supabase altyapısı) yazılır; yalnızca senin hesabın bu kayda erişebilir. Hesap için e-posta adresin, seçtiysen Google ya da Apple kimliğinden gelen temel kimlik bilgisi (ad ve e-posta) işlenir. Şifre saklanmaz; girişler tek kullanımlık e-posta bağlantısıyla ya da Google/Apple ile yapılır. "Her şeyi sil" buluttaki kopyayı da siler. Hesabını tamamen kapatmak istersen bize yaz; 30 gün içinde her şey silinir.
4. Üçüncü taraflar
- Varsayılan kullanımda üçüncü taraf isteği yoktur. Yazı tipleri ve animasyon kütüphanesi kendi sunucumuzdan gelir.
- Yapay zekâ (isteğe bağlı): Ayarlar'a kendi Claude API anahtarını girersen, yalnızca "Adımlara böl" dediğinde hayalinin başlığı, nedeni ve son tarihi Anthropic'e gönderilir. Anahtar yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır. Anahtar girmezsen hiçbir şey gönderilmez; yerleşik planlayıcı cihazda çalışır.
- Sesle yakalama: mikrofon düğmesine basarsan tarayıcının kendi konuşma tanıma servisi kullanılır (Apple ya da Google tarafından işlenebilir). Sesini biz almayız.
- Bildirimler: yalnızca izin verirsen ve yalnızca cihazında, Usull açıkken gösterilir.
5. Çerezler ve takip
Çerez kullanmıyoruz. Analitik, reklam, parmak izi ya da davranış takibi yoktur. Hangi sayfaya baktığını bilmeyiz.
6. Haklar (KVKK ve GDPR)
Verine erişme, düzeltme, taşıma ve silme hakların her an sende ve uygulamanın içinde: Ayarlar → Dışa aktar tüm verini JSON olarak verir (taşınabilirlik), Her şeyi sil cihazdaki ve varsa buluttaki kopyayı siler. Veri sorumlusu Usull'dur. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR/UK GDPR kapsamındaki talepler için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.
7. Çocuklar
Usull 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
8. Güvenlik
Site HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. Verin cihazında olduğu için cihazının kilidi ilk kilidindir. Bulut eşitlemede aktarım şifrelidir ve erişim satır düzeyinde yalnızca hesabınla sınırlıdır.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu metin değişirse üstteki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.

In short: Usull is local-first. What you write stays on your device. No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. An account is optional and exists only to sync between your devices. Export your data whenever you like, delete it whenever you like.
1. What data is there?
Everything you put into Usull: tasks, routines, dreams and their steps, sealed days and mood notes, wardrobe pieces and the photos you upload (including a full-length photo of yourself), weekly meals and favourites, the shopping list, income and spending entries, budget pots, vault (savings and debt) records, your sleep schedule and settings. We don't create this data; you do, and it belongs to you.
2. Where is it kept?
By default only on the device you use, in the browser's storage (localStorage and IndexedDB). We ask the browser for "persistent storage" so your data isn't cleared when space runs low. A daily backup of the last 10 days is also kept on your device (Settings → Data → Backups). None of this reaches us; we have no servers of our own.
3. Account and cloud (optional)
If you create an account, your data is written over an encrypted connection to a cloud database (Supabase infrastructure) so it can sync between devices; only your account can reach that record. For the account we process your email address and, if you choose Google or Apple, the basic identity they pass on (name and email). No password is stored; you sign in with a one-time email link or with Google/Apple. "Delete everything" removes the cloud copy too. To close your account entirely, write to us and everything is deleted within 30 days.
4. Third parties
- In default use there are no third-party requests. Fonts and the animation library are served from our own server.
- AI (optional): if you add your own Claude API key in Settings, your dream's title, reason and deadline are sent to Anthropic only when you press "Break into steps". The key is stored in your browser only. Without a key nothing is sent; the built-in planner runs on the device.
- Voice capture: if you tap the microphone, your browser's own speech recognition is used (it may be processed by Apple or Google). We never receive your audio.
- Notifications: only if you allow them, only on your device, and only while Usull is open.
5. Cookies and tracking
We don't use cookies. There are no analytics, ads, fingerprinting or behavioural tracking. We don't know which page you looked at.
6. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR and Turkish KVKK)
Access, correction, portability and erasure are in your hands at all times, inside the app: Settings → Export gives you all of your data as JSON (portability); Delete everything removes the copy on the device and, if any, in the cloud. The data controller is Usull. For any request under GDPR, UK GDPR or Turkish Law no. 6698 (KVKK), write to the address below.
7. Children
Usull is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because your data lives on your device, your device lock is its first lock. Cloud sync travels encrypted and access is limited, row by row, to your own account.
9. Changes
If this text changes, the date above is updated; significant changes are announced inside the app.
